Dr. Raena Boyea - Veterinarian

Originally from Texas, Dr.Boyea attended Texas A&M University where she double majored in Genetics and Animal Science and minored in Business.

While there, she competed as a member of the A&M Women's Swim and Dive Team and volunteered at veterinary clinics and animal shelters whenever she could. Dr.Boyea moved to North Carolina when her dreams of becoming a veterinarian led her to NC State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr.Boyea focused on Small Animal Medicine in school, and graduated in May 2024.

Dr. Boyea is a fear-free certified veterinarian and takes a particular interest in behavior, dermatology, and geriatric care.

In her free time, Dr.Boyea enjoys reading, rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé Cole, dog Tikka Masala, and cat Chicharrón.
